Modifying Email Address/SMS Number for Alerts 1. Navigate to the Alert Manager. 2. Click on the Delivery Points tab. 3. Edit the email address or SMS number that needs to be changed. 4. Edit the nickname if needed. 5. Click the Save button on any alert that was modified.
Note: The Reset button will clear both the email address/SMS number and nickname.
To delete a delivery point completely, click the ‘ x ’ in the upper right corner of the related email or text message box.
Creating Alerts 1. Navigate to the Alert Manager. 2. Click Add New Alert . Account Activity Alerts Account Activity Alerts notify a user of any transactions that meet the preset criteria. To set these up, first follow Creating Alerts steps 1 and 2.
3. Ensure Account Activity is selected. 4. Enter a descriptive name for the alert. 5. Locate the account(s) in the list or use the magnifying glass to search for specific accounts. 6. Click the checkbox next to each related account or click the Select All box to choose all accounts. 7. Click the right arrow to move the accounts into the Selected Account list. 8. Use the left arrow to move accounts out of the Selected Account list. 9. Once all the relevant accounts are in the Selected Accounts list, choose the type of transaction that will trigger the alert. 10. Choose a threshold and, if applicable, enter an amount(s). 11. Click the checkboxes next to the email or text message number where the alert will be sent or click Add Additional Delivery Point. 12. Click Save . Note: These alerts will be triggered at the close of the business day for any transaction that met the criteria.
