Account Balance Alerts Account Balance Alerts notify a user if the closing balance goes above or below a specific threshold. Follow the steps for Creating Alerts above. Choose the Account Balance and complete the remaining fields. Event Alerts Users can set up these alerts to inform them of ACH or wire payments that are awaiting their approval as well as wire payments that have been sent. Report Alerts These alerts notify users that ACH Remittance Detail, Direct Send ACH Recon, and Incoming Wire Detail reports are available to view in the Electronic Reports widget. SSOs Remote Deposit To access Remote Deposit, click the Main Menu button on the top left corner, expand the Other Services heading, and click Remote Deposit . Then click Login . Positive Pay To access Positive Pay, click the Main Menu button on the top left corner, expand the Other Services heading, and click Anti-Fraud Services or Positive Pay . Then click Login . Bill Pay To access Bill Pay, click the Main Menu button on the top left corner, expand the Other Services heading, and click Bill Pay . Then click Login . Notices To access notices, click the Main Menu button on the top left corner, expand the Other Services heading, and click Notices . Then click Login .
