Payments (Enterprise)

Duplicate Detection Duplicate file detection is built into ANB Go Business for ACH payments. This feature minimizes the risk that a customer will inadvertently send the same file more than once. A warning appears for any payment that is suspected to be a duplicate at both the initiation stage and the approval stage. New payments are compared to all payments in the statuses of “Ready to Process” and “Processed.” If the effective date, number of credits, number of debit and total amount match, the user will receive a warning similar to the image below. This warning will not stop the payment. If you recognize that the second payment truly is a duplicate, navigate to the Payments tab and delete the payment. Go to page 96 for more information.
