Adding a Recipient - Part 3 of 4: Intermediary FI Details Some FIs use an in-between third-party bank called an intermediary FI to process funds. If your beneficiary FI requires an intermediary FI, you need the FI’s wire routing number and address.

1. Enter the intermediary FI’s name and wire routing number. 2. Enter its street address and city. 3. Select the intermediary FI’s location using the “State” drop-down, and enter its postal code. 4. Click the button to add the account to the recipient.
