Services Statement Delivery

You can change how you like to receive your monthly statements for your primary account. Paper statements are physically delivered to you in the mail, while E-Statements are sent in PDFs through email.

In the Settings tab, click eStatement Delivery Preferences . 1. Click the Get Code button to verify that you can view a PDF. 2. A PDF with a code appears. Type the code into the verification field and click the Verify button. 3. (Optional) Check the box to set all delivery preferences to electronic delivery. 4. Click the icon to expand the account. 5. Select your delivery preference. 6. Check the box to accept the Statement Delivery Disclosure. 7. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
