Click the Cards tab in the top toolbar. 1. Click the Card details button. 2. Click the Report fraud/stolen card button. 3. Select whether the card was lost, stolen, of subject to fraud. 4. Check the box to order a replacement. 5. Click the Report lost, stolen, or fraud on card button.
