Request a New Card You are able to request a new Debit Card for an account that has not already been issued one. The new card will be mailed to the following address in the next 7-10 business days.

Note: If your account has an issued card that has been lost, stolen or fraud, please go back, select the card and select “Report lost, stolen, or fraud” to request a new card.

In Services tab, click Card Management . 1. Click the Card details button. 2. Click the Order replacement button. 3. Click the Submit button.
