4. Click the Submit Payment button when you are finished.

Note : For electronic payments, the Send On date is the day the funds will be deducted from your account. For check payments, the Send On date is the day the check will be mailed. Funds will not be deducted from your account until the payee cashes the check.

The Deliver By date is the estimated delivery date of the payment based on the Send On date.
