Conversations Starting a Conversation

Starting a new conversation through Online Banking is just as effortless as sending an email. Unlike an email, you can safely include confidential information relating to your accounts or attach files within a new message.

Click the Messages tab. 1. Click the “Start a conversation” link to start a new conversation. 2. Select a recipient. Messages without Platinum Bank as a recipient are not visible to bank personnel. 3. Click the icon to add a file or information about a specific transaction, account or payment to the conversation. 4. Type your message and click the Send button.
