Restricting or Removing a User You have the ability to permanently delete a user that is no longer needed. This deletes their contact information from the Users page and deactivates their login ID, but it does not erase the data from any existing payments.

Click your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Manage business . 1. Select the user you would like to delete. 2. Click the icon and select “Delete user.” 3. Click the Delete button.
