Positive Pay / ACHPP Check Positive Pay

Check Positive Pay helps protect your account from unauthorized or altered checks. Checks presented for payment are compared to your issued check file, and any exceptions can be reviewed so you can decide whether to pay or return the check.

B In the Treasury Solutions tab, click Positive Pay / ACHPP . Then click the Submit button. A. Exceptions shows the total dollar amount of checks that did not match the issue file.

B. Set to Pay shows checks that are approved to post. C. Set to Return shows checks marked to be returned.
