Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Colony Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Click the “Forgot Username” link. 3. Click the Find my personal username button. 4. Confirm your identity with the required information, and click the Continue button. 5. Your username will then appear.
