Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you happen to forget your password, you can easily reestablish a new one from the Colony Bank home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Click the “Forgot Password” link. 3. Review and agree to the forgot password terms and conditions and click the Continue button. 4. Click the Reset my password button. 5. Confirm your identity with the required information, and click the Continue button. 6. You will receive a verification code. Enter the verification code and update

your password.
