Services Document Delivery

You can change how you like to receive your monthly statements for your primary account. Paper statements are physically delivered to you in the mail, while eDocuments are available as PDFs in DFCU Online.

In the Services tab, click Documents Delivery Preference . 1. Select either “eDocuments” or “Paper Statements.” 2. (For eDocuments) Accept the “Electronic Document Agreement.” 3. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
