Converted User Logging in for the first time if you already have a username. 1. Type deerwoodbank.com into your browser and click the Account Login button. 2. Click the green $ symbol, Access Your Account link. 3. Review the Online Banking Services Agreement on the Disclaimers page and click the Accept button to agree to the terms and conditions. 4. Enter your current User ID and password and click the Login button. 5. Fill out the Customer Verification Form with the required information and click the Verify button.

Note : The details that you provide are verified by comparing them to your contact information in our system. If the information does not match, call us at 800-291-6597 to update your profile.

6. Your previous User ID will be displayed. Select it. 7. Create a new password based on our password requirements and click the Submit button when you are finished.
