In the Documents & Settings tab, click Manage Alerts . 1. Click the icon. 2. Click the Business Banking button. 3. Select an account or click the Create Company Based Alert button to create a company based alert. 4. Use the drop-down to select “Positive Pay Exception.”

5. Enter a name for the alert. 6. Select a notification method. 7. Click the Create button.
