Mobile Security Preferences Within FFB’s Mobile Banking app, you have the ability to set up security preferences that are not available on a desktop computer. These additional preferences make signing into your Mobile Banking quick and easy, but also add an extra layer of security to your private information while you are on the go! Enabling FaceID Face ID is a feature which utilizes facial recognition technology, allowing you to unlock your Apple® device with your face instead of a login ID and password.

Sign in to FFB’s Mobile Banking app and click the “Manage Profile” link. The menu is at the bottom for mobile banking. 1. Click the FaceID tab. 2. Enter your username and password, and click the Sign In button. Note: You must have FaceID sign-in enabled on your mobile device before enabling it through our Mobile Banking app. FaceID is only available on iPhones.
