Accounts Adding an External Account (Consumer Accounts Only)

Your accounts at other financial institutions can be linked to Online Banking with FFB, so you can transfer money between two financial institution accounts that you own without ever leaving home! When you go to add another account, you are asked to verify your ownership of that account. There are two way to verify an external account. • Bank Approval: External Account will be presented to bank admin for approval. • Transaction Challenge: FFB will make two small deposits of less than a dollar into your external account. You will be asked to verify those amounts within Online Banking. Once they are confirmed, you can begin transferring money to/from the external account.
