ACH Adding an ACH Participant
A participant is any person or company you send payments to or receive payments from. You will need to set up your participants before you can send payments. In order to add a participant, you will need to have their contact and account information. On the ACH Participant screen, you can also easily search for a specific participant by selecting the Show Search Options box.

In the ACH tab, click ACH Participants . 1. Click the Add Participant button. 2. Enter the name of the person or business receiving the ACH. 3. (Optional) Enter their email address. Check the box to send an email when the batch status is changed to “Processed.” 4. Enter a nickname for the participant. 5. Enter their routing number. The institution name should automatically populate.
