6. Enter a unique identifier number. This is not a required field in the form. It can be populated with an invoice number, employee number or other details unique to the participant. 7. Enter and confirm their account number. 8. Select an account type using the drop-down. 9. Select a status using the drop-down. 10. (Optional) Enter a group to be able to easily sort and group your participants. 11. (Optional) Enter discretionary data. 12. (Optional) Check the box to distribute payments between multiple accounts.
a. Click the Add Distribution button to add another account. b. Enter the necessary information and click the Save button.
c. (Optional) Check the “Share Remaining” box to designate an account to receive the remaining balance after all fixed amounts are distributed. 13. Click the Save button.
