Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten User ID

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Fidelity Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Click the “Forgot User ID?” link. 3. Enter your account number, use the drop-down to select your account type, last name, email address and mobile phone. 4. Click the Submit button. 5. You will receive an email that includes your User ID.
