Profile Messages Overview

If you have questions about your accounts or need to speak with someone at Fidelity Bank, Messages allow you to communicate directly with a Fidelity Bank customer service representative. From the Messages page, you can find replies, old messages or create new conversations.

In your name drop-down, select Messages. A. Click the “Compose New” link to send a new message. B. Click on a message to open it. C. Click the icon to delete a message D. Delete an opened message by clicking the Delete Thread button or reply to an open message by clicking the Reply button.
