Sending a Secure Message Starting a new conversation through Online and Mobile Banking is just as effortless as sending an email. Unlike an email, you can safely include confidential information relating to your accounts or attach files within a new message.

In your name drop-down, select Messages. 1. Create a new message by clicking the “Compose New” link in the top left corner. 2. Use the drop-down to select a category. 3. (Optional) Use the drop-down to select an account. 4. Enter the subject. 5. Enter your message. 6. Check the box to add an attachment. 7. Click the Send button when you are finished.
