Business Services Deleting a User

If you are assigned the Manage Users right, you have the ability to permanently delete a user that is no longer needed. This deletes their contact information from the User Management page and deactivates their Digital Banking for business login ID, but it does not erase the data from an existing payment using that person.

Note : You cannot delete a user if the user has transactions set up.

In the navigation menu, choose Business Services and then click Manage Users. 1. Find the user you want to remove and click the icon. 2. Click the Delete button. 3. Click the Confirm button to permanently remove a user.
