Getting Started Logging In

After enrollment, logging in is easy and only requires your Login ID and password. If you are logging in on a device that is not recognized, you will need to request and then enter a Secure Access Code (SAC) before accessing Digital Banking for business. Desktop

1. Go to firstcitizens.com/small-business and click the Log In button. 2. Use the drop-down to select a login type. 3. Enter your ID and password. 4. Click the Log In button. If your device has already been registered, you will automatically be taken to your “Accounts (Home)” page.

Note : If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. Call us at 866-322-4249 for assistance.
