Business Services Deleting a Recipient

If you are assigned the Manage Recipient right, you have the ability to permanently delete a recipient that is no longer needed. This deletes their contact information from the Manage Recipients page, but it does not erase the data from any existing payments.

In the navigation menu, choose Business Services and then click Manage Recipients. 1. Click the icon and select “Delete” to remove a recipient. 2. Click the Delete Recipient button to permanently delete a recipient.
