Positive Pay for ACH Transactions Add an ACH Rule to pre-authorize future ACH transactions from that sender to automatically pay, so long as they meet the criteria you specify. Adding authorizations is optional. If you always want to review and approve transactions from an originator, you do not need to create an authorization. Add an ACH Authorization Rule
