Business Bill Pay Payment Approval

Depending on which rights are assigned to a particular user, a payment can be designated as “needs approval.” You can see notifications of payments awaiting approval in the “Attention required” section. An authorized user must log in to approve each transaction that meets a certain criteria.

Click the “Payments Awaiting Approval” link on the Home page. A. Click the “Approve” link to authorize each transaction. B. Click the Approve all button to approve all of the payments.
