It is important to keep the contact information about your company up to date with First Citizens. You can easily change these elements and personalize your Business Bill Pay experience by following the steps below. The challenge phrases can also be altered here.

Click the “Profile” link in the drop-down menu. 1. To update contact info: a. Click the “View Contact Info” link.
b. Make your changes and click the Edit button.
2. To change your default page:
