Open New Account If interested in opening an additional First Citizens account, select “Open New Account” under the “Service Center” drop down on the left-hand navigation or from the right hand of the “Accounts (Home)” page. You’ll be taken to a landing page that describes the available business accounts. Once your options have been reviewed, select “open now” under the business account type that fits your needs. Order Visa Gift Cards In the “Order Visa Gift Card” menu item, you can send a prepaid Visa gift card from First Citizens Bank or buy one for yourself. You can determine how much money you want to put on the card at the time of purchase. Once you’ve purchased the gift card, the cardholder can use it to make purchases anywhere Visa Debit Cards are accepted. There is no limit for the number of Visa Gift Cards you can purchase; single cards can be purchased at most First Citizens branches. Businesses ordering a minimum of 20 cards can also buy gift cards online. We can debit your account, or you can use cash or a check drawn on us to purchase Visa Gift Cards at our First Citizens branches. There is a small fee for purchasing a Visa Gift Card. All fees related to the card are outlined in the Cardholder Agreement, which is also provided with your card. If you are interested in using this service, click the “Order Visa Gift Card” button under “Service Center’ in the menu which will take you to a webpage where you can follow the prompts and provide your information in order to order the card(s).
