Secure Delivery with International Contact Information

In the Profile & Preferences dropdown, click Log In Preferences . 1. Click the Secure Delivery button. 2. Make changes to a secure delivery method by clicking the

icon to or the

icon to delete a secure delivery method. 3. Use the drop-down to select your country, enter your new contact information and click the icon when you are finished to save your changes. 4. Add a new delivery contact by clicking either the New Text Number or New Voice Number button at the bottom of the page. Note : This contact information will be used for Secure Access Code delivery. However, updating your contact information for the “Secure Delivery” method does not change your contact information under “Profile and Contact Info”. It is important to ensure you make changes in both places, if your contact information has changed. You will also need to change your contact information for alerts.

Note : To ensure the highest security, editing/deleting/adding Secure Delivery Contact Information (updating secure access code (SAC) targets) will prompt you to receive a secure access.
