Online Agreement When enrolling in Digital Banking, you’ll consent and agree to the First Citizens Digital Banking Agreement. If you’d like to refer to the agreement at a later date, do so by selecting “Online Agreement” under the “Service Center” drop down on the left-hand navigation. You’ll be taken to the most up-to-date version of the First Citizens Digital Banking Agreement on firstcitizens.com.
