Sign in to First Citizens’ Digital Banking for Business app and tap the Menu button. In the Profile & Preferences dropdown, click Log In Preferences . Toggle the Passcode switch from “Off” to “On.” 1. Review the information about using a passcode and tap the Create Passcode button. 2. Create your passcode using the keypad. 3. Confirm your passcode using the keypad. 4. Enter your login ID and password, and tap the Authorize button.
