A. Payments: Allows the customer the option to make a payment, set up recurring draft options, view payment history and update payment information. B. Make a Payment: Allows the customer to make a mortgage payment. C. Profile Settings: The Profile screen gives the customer the option to update their address and phone number.

Note : When you need to update your address for a mortgage, you need to go directly into the mortgage SSO to do so.

D. Make a Request: Allows the customer to request a Verification of Mortgage and/or Payoff. E. Statements: The Statements tab will display all monthly statements, 1098 and Escrow Analysis.
