Move Money (Payments & Transfers) Send Money with Zelle ®

Send money to any First Citizens customer or non-customer with a bank account in the U.S. using only their name and contact information.

5 On the Payments & Transfers landing page, click Send Money with Zelle ® . 1. Select a recipient and choose a send method. 2. Enter an amount to send. 3. (Optional) Select a date, frequency and click the Done button. 4. Use the drop-down to select an account to send money from. 5. Click the Review button.

Note : Payments sent directly to your recipient’s account number (instead of an email address or mobile number) are made available by First Citizens Bank but are a separate service from Zelle ® and can take 1 – 3 business days to process.
