Move Money (Payments & Transfers) Zelle ® Tag Token Registration Small business users may create and register to use a Zelle ® tag for sending and receiving Zelle ® payments. The Zelle ® tag is an additional token type which works similarly to an email or mobile phone number token. The Zelle ® tag provides small businesses the ability to create the personalized tag instead of sharing an email address or mobile phone number. Example: first-citizens-customer, johnsmith123, mrhandyman-33 Note : The payment user must provide a valid Contact Method (unrestricted and verifiable), in the form of a mobile phone number for registering a Zelle® tag. • 6-40 characters • Alphanumeric with Minimum 2 alpha characters (numbers are optional) • The only special character allowed is the hyphen “-“ • Using all of the same letter or all numbers is not allowed (example: “aaaaaaa” or “123456”) Zelle ® tag format:
