Linking Someone’s First Citizens Account Instead of typing in someone’s information every time you send them money, you can conveniently link their account for future deposits. If you have a friend or relative that also banks through First Citizens, Pay Bank Customer allows you to send them money immediately. You can send electronic payments and link accounts for future deposits using their email address and the last four digits of their account.
