Advanced Positive Pay User Setup

In order for users to access Positive Pay and ACH Reporting functionality, an additional User ID must be created and linked to their InBusiness Online Banking account.

Click the User Setup tab, then User Setup - Client User . 1. Click the “Add New” link. 2. In the Contact Information tab, enter the user’s name, email address and phone number. If a user does not want to receive emails from us, check either the “Exclude From Email” box.
