Editing an Existing User’s Rights (Small Business)

Authorized users with the Manage Users right can make changes to existing users at any time. This is especially beneficial if someone’s job title changes or their approval limits need to be adjusted.

Find the user you want to edit and click the icon. 2. Click the Assign Rights button. 3. Make the necessary changes to the existing user. 4. Click the Save button when you are finished making changes.
