2. Use the toggles to enable reminders. Your customer will receive an email reminder the day before the unpaid invoice is due. Past due reminders will send an email reminder to your customer 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the unpaid invoice due date. 3. Use the toggle to enable late fees. These are one-time fees that are sent as a separate invoice. This late fee invoice will reference the original overdue invoice, so both you and your customer have this for record-keeping purposes. a.
