In the Accounts tab, select an account. 1. Click the Create a Dispute button. 2. Use the drop-down to select a transaction method. 3. Fill out the required information. This will vary depending on the transaction method selected. Required questions are indicated by an asterisk. Fields that are greyed out indicate that they are pre-filled by our system and non-editable. 4. Click the Select Transactions button.
