Multiple Checks If you’re ever worried about multiple pending written checks, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent the checks from being processed. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at (800) 533-8396.

In the Accounts tab, select an account. 1. Click the Stop payments button. 2. If you have previously created a stop payment, click the “+ Add another stop payment” link. 3. Select “A range of checks.”
