Alert Delivery Methods All alerts are automatically sent through secure messages, but you can also choose to receive them by email, phone or text message. If you choose either phone or text message delivery you can also choose when you would like messages delivered.

Create a new alert. 1. Select either the phone or text message delivery option and enter the required information. 2. Choose when you would like the alert to be delivered. a. Check the box next to “Call Immediately” to have the alert delivered immediately. b. Select a specific time to have the alert delivered using the drop-down menus. 3.
