Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the INSBANK Home page—no need to call us!

1. Type insbank.com into your browser, nd click the “Digital Banking Login” link. 2. Click the Yes button. 3. Click the “Username” link.

4. Enter your email address and click the Continue button. 5. Answer the security question and click the Submit button. 6. Your username will be displayed. Click the Ok button to log in.
