9. (Optional) If you choose to skip the second verification step, or if your identity cannot be successfully verified through our automated process, your enrollment request will be forwarded to our Client Solutions Center. One of the Bankers from Client Solutions will then call you to verify your identity. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email. Click the link in the email. 10. Create your own username and password and click the Submit button. 11. Choose three security questions and enter the appropriate responses. Click the Update button when you are finished. 12. Review and accept the terms and conditions by clicking the Accept Terms button.
