I made a mobile deposit today. Why is it not showing in my account? Deposits made prior to 6pm on a business day will post during our nightly processing. Mobile Deposits have the same two day availability as deposits made at a branch. What happens during nightly processing, and when does this occur? Nightly processing is when pending transactions are converting to settled transactions. During this window balances and transactions may not be fully displayed until nightly processing has completed. Nightly processing normally occurs around 7:00pm to 8:30pm. We display a message on the right side of the account landing page to notify you when we are in nightly processing. If you are on a mobile device you will need to click the “more” button to see the message. I made an external transfer. Why am I not seeing it in my other bank account? External transfers go through the electronic payment system (ACH), and can take up to two business days to complete the process.
