Search, view and manage issues within multiple accounts.

1 Select the type of account from which to view issues. Click Go . 2 Select the desired account.

3 Next, enter a date. This can be a specific date or a range of dates. To enter a specific date, select Specific date and issue the date in the provided spaces, or by using the calendar feature. To enter a range of dates, select From and issue the beginning date and end date ( To ) in the provided spaces or by using the calendar feature. You may also select to review activity from the Previous business day . 4 Choose whether to include Exception issue items or Outstanding issue items . 6 Click Search to review results of your search criteria.
