Search for exception decisions within multiple accounts. ► Up to 18 months of data are available; a maximum of three months may be retrieved during a single search.

1 First, select the desired output method for the report. Choose either Screen (HTML), CSV file (for spreadsheet programs) or PDF (can be saved or printed). 2 Select the type of account from which to view issue status. Click Go . 3 Select the desired account. 4 Next, enter a date. This can be a specific date or a range of dates. To enter a specific date, select Specific date and issue the date in the provided spaces, or by using the calendar feature. To enter a range of dates, select From and issue the beginning date and end date ( To ) in the provided spaces or by using the calendar feature. 5 Select the date type: Issued date , Posted date or Status updated date . 6 Enter an optional amount by selecting Amount and entering it in the provided space. You may also provide an amount range by selecting Range and entering a minimum

and maximum amount. Next, enter an optional check number. 7 Click Generate Report to review results of your search criteria.
