ERROR: Error Occurred Initializing Webscan Hub/Stuck in Initializing Error 1. Restart the PC/Reboot Scanner. 2. Make sure the URL’s are in place. (refer to How to update URL Guide) 3. Try scanning on a different browser. 4. Restart WebScan – simply delete it from Task Manager and try to re-scan again. 5. Uninstall/Reinstall Drivers • If the client is using Google Chrome: On June 2023, WebScan version 2023.1.0503 was released to add functionality for the announced Chromium based browser updates. The WebScan update contain key components ensuring WebScan stability. Users that elected to ignore the update are now impacted and may need to manually uninstall/reinstall with the latest version. • To check what WebScan version the client has: on their system tray, right click on the WS Icon and click on “About” – if they have the old version, manually uninstall/reinstall the drivers to get the latest version. ERROR: Sorter Exception Error 1. Restart the PC/Reboot Scanner. 2. Clean the scanner with compressed air. 3. Unplug/Replug the ethernet cable. 4. Uninstall/Reinstall the drivers as a last resort. ERROR: Start Scan Failed to Start. Start Feeding Failed 1. Restart the PC/Reboot Scanner. 2. Clean the scanner with compressed air. 3. Turn off doublefeed setting : a. Right click on the WebScan icon in the Task Bar. b. Go to Settings - Choose “Panini” from the Scanner Type drop down .
