Commercial Mobile Authorizations

Mobile Authorizations enable an authorized user to approve a drafted ACH or wire transaction in two ways. Using a mobile phone an authorized user can approve a drafted ACH or wire without logging into Online Cash Management by receiving an automated phone call using a Mobile Authorization Code. Or, the authorized user can receive an email instructing them to log into Online Cash Management to approve the drafted ACH or wire.

In the Cash Management tab, click Mobile Authorizations . 1. Enter a new 4-digit code in the Mobile Authorization Code field.
