1. Click the Open Account button. 2. Select a social security number to create your new account for and click the Continue button. 3. You must confirm your ability to view your account disclosures. Click the “this document” link to open a pdf. 4. Enter the document code found in the previously opended pdf. 5. Check the box next to “Esign Consent.” 6. Add or remove the types of accounts you would like to open by clicking the
